Our coordinators will assist you in finding a new tutor/changing the tuition arrangements at no additional charge. If you do not already have a coordinator, please contact us at 94200170 (WhatsApp), @jettuition (Telegram), or jettuition@gmail.com (Email).

For the first 2 weeks of lessons, clients may pay fees via either the following payment methods:

1. PayLah/PayNow to 94200170, JET Tuition.
2. Bank Transfer to 050-68534-9, JET Tuition.

Subsequent payments from the 3rd week onwards are to be made directly to the tutor.

As per industry practice, the fees for the first two weeks of classes will be paid to JET Tuition (Based on the agreed rate and class frequency between the client and tutor). After which, all fees will be paid fully to the tutor. In the event whereby classes terminate before a full month of lessons, if:
- The total agreed duration of all classes is less than a month: Client is to pay 25% of fees to JET Tuition, and the other 75% to the tutor.
- Classes were terminated by the client: Client is to pay 50% of the chargeable fees to JET Tuition, and the other 50% to the tutor.
- Classes were terminated by the tutor: Client is not required to pay any fees to JET Tuition.

Tutors are given the flexibility of conducting lessons in the way they feel is most appropriate and effective. As a third-party tuition matching service provider, JET Tuition does not impose restrictions on tutor's pedagogy, or provide learning materials.
